Our reactors

One family, 5 L to 10 kL.

We design and build the reactors ourselves: horizontal tubular photobioreactors in modified PMMA, aluminium framed, aseptically flanged, extruded on the site where they will run. The geometry does not change between the strain bank and a commercial train, so scale up is capacity, not redesign.

Carbon Banking. The reason this works.

We store CO2 as bicarbonate in the cultivation medium, decoupling capture from growth. A plant can bank carbon continuously, and capture no longer has to happen where cultivation does.

Every emitter says the same thing: no spare land next to the stack. Our answer is to split the plant in two. You set aside zero land.

A compact skid taps and conditions your flue gas and locks the CO2 into our medium as bicarbonate. A few hundred square feet. No process disruption.
