Specialty oils, fatty acids and lipid fractions for pharma, nutrition and performance, produced on thermophilic strains rather than petrochemistry or palm.

GLA rich oil

Gamma linolenic acid concentrate, extraction protocol developed with CSIR-CSMCRI.

Dry biomass

Unique strains, sold as biomass

Not every buyer wants a fraction. Dry biomass leaves our plants as a whole ingredient, banded by strain and quality, for formulators, feed makers and biostimulant producers who do their own downstream.

The library behind it is the point: 25 proprietary extremophilic strains selected to hold up in industrial conditions, high temperature, cement dust and variable CO2, with patent processes underway on six of them.

The tail of the cascade

Materials from what is left.

After the high value fractions come out, the residue is still inventory. These routes are what keep the waste line at near zero.

Mid value chemicals

Biosurfactants, bio lubricants, specialty esters and biostimulants, drawn from fractions that would otherwise be blended away.

Bulk and materials

Protein meal, PHA biopolymer precursors, biochar, and hard carbon for battery anodes, currently in testing rather than commercial supply.

Spent process water is recirculated, and what cannot be reused has been taken into green reinforced concrete at pilot scale.

Cascade, measured

The cascade has been run end to end on the pilot at Hazaribagh on real industrial gas. Split ratios and yields are shared under NDA with buyers and hosts.
